Lounge
There is a bright, cosy lounge with a big screen sky Television – a DVD, a video, a piano. board games (scrabble, chess etc), playing cards and toys for the children (dolls, bricks, trains etc). There is a log fire during the winter months. We provide some newspapers and many little booklets – most of them about Cornwall.

Bedrooms
The rooms are comfortable with facilities (TV, clock radio, kettle, tea making facilities, shaver points, H&C) double, twin or triple – (some en suite) and an attractive little room with a kitchenette. There are two nice bathrooms and a big shower room. Guests are welcome to use their bedrooms during the day to rest and make hot drinks.

- Rooms 2, 5, & 7 are versatile and can be double, twin or family en-suite rooms.
- Room 6 has a kitchenette plus table and chairs etc which B&B guests may use but the room is not let as self-catering accommodation.
- When the rooms are let as singles there is a single room supplement to pay.
- Room 8 double/single 4ft 6inch bed with a shower and toilet.
- Room 9 Twin/single 2, 3ft beds no shower and no toilet.
(these two rooms together, 8 & 9 are nice for a family with two parents and two children)
- Bedrooms 8 & 9 together make a nice family unit.

Four bedrooms are en suite with a wc and shower and we have two nice bathrooms (each with a bath, toilet and washbasin ) and there is a lovely big shower room.
The beds are made up with Cornish Linen sheets and pillowcases but there is also a duvet on each bed – in place of an eiderdown.
