Single room occupancy carries a single room supplement charge which varies according to the season from £5.00 to £10.00.

- Xmas Dinner - £25.00
Prices are per person per night sharing a double room
Please note:
- Reductions for children (or third adult) sharing a room with TWO parents (people)
- Long stay winter guests in standard rooms can negotiate special rates from £20.00 per night for single occupancy
- There are facilities for children, eg cots, highchairs, toys, (bricks, trains, dolls)
- The garden has easy chairs and picnic tables, a barbecue and a large lawn for badminton or volleyball as well as swings and a slide for the children
- Parking for 9 cars
- Licensed
Deposit is £10.00 per person per night or £50.00 per week
We regret that deposits are not refundable if accommodation is cancelled less than 8 weeks before arrival
